cutting corners

Before I tell you about my latest cake (disaster) I must tell you about my latest idea, or should I say my latest cheat? because, you know me: why do things the proper way when you can cut some corners?

Turns out I am not that good at making the buttercream look smooth and lovely like a professional wedding cake maker, but  this is not a problem anymore because I found something that might help:

chocolate cigarellos and chocolate panels!!

I am so excited you’d think I just discovered penicillin!!

    Don’t you think making chocolate cigarellos or chocolate panels is going to prove even harder than making your icing look smooth?
